The (S) continued his crazy driving into Yuba City and ultimately conducted some driving maneuvers that resulted in a Yuba Motor Officer shooting him. As officers began to have theoccupants exit the vehicle in orderto conduct a probation search the front passenger started acting very 927. The passenger was additionally charged with two felonies for bringing drugs into jail. Upon arrival officers located a large group of males drinking alcoholin the parking lot of 1200 block South Ave. All subjects were detained without incident. Officer was working in Strawberry Manors area when he observed a grey Acura 505ing at a high rate of speed in the neighborhood. The passenger was arrested for 148PC, Auto Burglary and 182PC. Officers arrived and located the subjects in the chicken coop, the subjects on scene were determined to be involved, but they were uncooperative. Officers were alerted to the above location regarding an SPD Bait Laptop that had been taken. 19-370357 / Pursuit / Del Paso Rd& Northgate Blvd / 0127 hours / UI. General enforcement on Rio Linda Blvd between Grand and Plaza. During a canvass, residents heard gunshots but saw nothing. Det Houston had recently sent out a SNOW (Special Notice of Warrant) noting there was a second subject in this case needing to be IDd. Suspects entered the Metro PCS store on Arena and committed a take over robbery. The occupant was detained without incident. The subsequent DUI investigation determined S/1 was under the influence.
